2. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness and quality of all products at the time of delivery. If any item does not meet your expectations, we will make it right with a refund or replacement.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Damaged Products: Items that arrive damaged during delivery
- Quality Issues: Products that do not meet freshness standards
- Incorrect Items: Items that differ from what you ordered
- Missing Items: Products that were charged but not delivered
- Expired Products: Items past their expiration or best-by date at delivery
4. Refund Request Timeline
Perishable Items (produce, dairy, meat, frozen): You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Perishable Items: You must report issues within 7 days of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

- Store Credit: You may opt to receive store credit for immediate use on future orders
- Replacement: For quality issues, we may offer a replacement item on your next order
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Items reported after the applicable timeline
- Products that were properly delivered but no longer wanted (change of mind)
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Promotional or clearance items (unless defective)
8. Delivery Issues
Missed Deliveries: If you were not available to receive your order and perishable items were left unattended, we cannot guarantee product quality. Please ensure someone is available to receive orders containing perishable items.
Incorrect Address: Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund. Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order.
9. Cancellations
Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been processed (typically within 1 hour of placing the order).
After Processing: Once an order has been processed or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. If cancelled, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
